Geroskipou, Paphos, Cyprus

Emerald Park is designed around a Residents’ Club concept — a gated residential development with its own infrastructure and private internal areas available exclusively to residents. At the same time, the project retains the relaxed atmosphere and effortless resort lifestyle characteristic of Cyprus.

The development comprises six residential buildings offering studios, as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including penthouses with private rooftop terraces. The layouts are distinguished by well-considered proportions, abundant natural light and a balanced use of living space. The bedrooms are fitted with electrically operated external shutters with a full blackout effect, allowing residents to control the level of natural light and ensure maximum comfort for rest.

The club facilities include a 9 × 16 m swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, sauna with an ice bath, residents’ café and a rooftop Zen garden. The development is adjacent to a landscaped public park with walking paths and a children’s playground.

Emerald Park meets the A+ energy efficiency standard and is located in an established and sought-after residential area of Paphos.

The location provides convenient access to both Paphos city centre and the coastline — the city centre can be reached in approximately 5 minutes, the beach and Kings Avenue Mall in around 7 minutes, and Paphos International Airport in approximately 15 minutes. There is also convenient access to the Paphos–Limassol highway.

Included in the apartment price: covered parking, a private storage room, air-conditioning units, fitted kitchen, built-in wardrobes, electrically operated external shutters in the bedrooms, double-glazed windows, intercom system and provision for the installation of an electric vehicle charging station.

The project is suitable both for residential use and for buyers planning to rent out the property. Upon request, a separate rental income and operating cost projection is available for different apartment types.
