Geroskipou, Cyprus

Adonidos Gardens is a modern residential development in the Geroskipou area of Paphos and is now almost completely sold out. Only one studio apartment remains available for sale. The project will be ready for occupancy in Q4 2026.

The location is particularly convenient for everyday living – the sea is approximately 3.3 km away, the nearest supermarket just 790 m, the hospital 2.1 km, the shopping mall 2.4 km, and Paphos city centre 3.7 km. A school is located approximately 4.4 km away. Paphos International Airport is around 6 km away, while Elea Golf Resort is only 1.8 km from the development.

Adonidos Gardens consists of several contemporary residential buildings set within landscaped surroundings. Residents have access to a communal rooftop leisure area with a swimming pool and BBQ area, as well as private parking spaces.

The project features high-quality finishes and modern technical solutions, including external thermal insulation, upgraded thermal aluminium window systems, high-quality flooring and Class A energy efficiency. A VRF cooling system is included in the price, providing comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the year.

The kitchens are finished with high-quality worktops and contemporary materials. The bathrooms feature modern sanitary ware, wall-mounted toilets and walk-in showers.

A furniture package can be ordered separately at an additional cost.

This is the last apartment available for sale in the Adonidos Gardens development – an opportunity to purchase a compact new property in Paphos within a project offering well-designed communal leisure areas and a near-term completion date.
